Wedding Timelines

I love wedding blogs, actually Im slightly obsessed. I'll just call it "research" :) Well I stumbled across a wonderful wedding timeline found on the www.weddingchicks.com They are one of my favorite spots for inspiration. This timeline starts when the bridesmaids are suppose to be ready for pictures and capturing the bride getting into her dress. The first timeline is for a Traditional Wedding schedule.


Traditional Wedding Schedule with a 5:00 pm Ceremony Bride and Groom Photos After Ceremony


2:30 Photo/Video Arrive Bridesmaids to be ready for photos

*TIP* Get a nice hanger for your dress. Have shoes, rings (clean please), and bouquet ready for photos.

2:45 Bride to step into dress *TIP* If you have a corset style dress, allow 20 minutes for lacing.

3:00 Portraits of Bride Bride with each Bridesmaid Bride with all Bridesmaids Bride with Mother Bride with Mother and Father Bride with Father

3:45 Groom and Groomsmen Getting Ready

5:30 Family Portraits *TIP* Inform family members and wedding party to stay close after the ceremony.
